Damages in Transit
Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to keep it safe on its journey. Orders are sent via tracked delivery and will require a signature on arrival. In the unlikely event that your plate arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
