Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be created and dispatched. During busier periods, it may take up to 4 weeks, but we’ll always do our best to get your piece to you sooner whenever possible.

As a made-to-order item, this piece is truly one of a kind and crafted with care, so we’re unable to offer rushed production or express turnaround. It’s worth the wait!

Damages in Transit

Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to keep it safe on its journey. Orders are sent via tracked delivery and will require a signature on arrival. In the unlikely event that your plate arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
